Do Men Light Up?

Real men don't do 'candles', they're for women. This is a common misconception! Men Like Candles! As a matter of fact, the number of men who are fans of candles would surprise you. No, they don't go around talking to other men about the last candle they purchase (that's what us women do), but they do buy them, or they simply just burn the candles we buy.

But why? Why the uptick in men purchasing candles?

Well, why do most people buy candles? Although there are still those who buy candles for the light, most people buy them because of the scent. Men are no different. What man do you know that doesn't use cologne? To be real, men know that smelling good says a lot about them. It adds to their allure, conveys status and distinguishes them from other men. And to women, the right scent oozes masculinity.

But we were talking about candles, right? Yes, we were and believe it or not men too like the ambiance that lighting a candle brings to a room, not to mention the status that having a good smelling house brings.

So, yes, candles can be a man's best friend. That being said, ladies, the next time you are out on the hunt for perfect one for the relaxing bath and wine you have planned for the evening, pick up one for your man, because men love candles too!
